Newance is a magazine being created to reshape how we think of the future. It is set in 2065, a fact the entire publication simply takes for granted. Through this futuristic lens, creators Anneliese Kappey and Serita Braxton tell tales of a past that is part revisionist and mostly speculative fiction.

This is an envisioned future that will "look back" on the next forty years. In the process, readers of Newance will expand what's possible and exercise their creative muscles while building a future from the ashes of this nearly failed present.
